 A. Wage Determination

 Article 102:
 For the reasons of this law, the expression "wage", free of what the determination or the technique for calculation is, means the remuneration for the occupation or organization that is convertible in genuine cash or set by assention or by the national institution, and that may be given to a pro by a supervisor, by standards of a made or verbal contract bankrupt or organization, either for work authoritatively done or to be done or for organizations adequately rendered or to be rendered 

Article 103:
 Pay consolidates, particularly:
- certified remuneration or pay;
- additional time portions; commissions;
- prizes and repayments; advantage sharing;
- tips; the estimation of points of interest in kind;
- family reward in plenitude of the authentically suggested entirety;
- event pay or compensatory event pay;
- measure of money paid by the official to the authorities in the midst of failure and maternity take off.

 Pay does bar:
- wellbeing contemplations;
- honest to goodness family stipend;
- travel costs;
- preferences surrendered just to help the worker do his or her business.
